1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bt939 platform — including the website at bt939.vip, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all related betting, casino, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) bt939 account. Opening duplicate, linked, or connected accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. bt939 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify multi-accounting, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed with all associated balances and pending withdrawals forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

Deposits:

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your bt939 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your bt939 account balance.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. bt939 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice.
• bt939 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must belong to and be controlled by the registered account holder only.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• bt939 targets withdrawal processing within 24–72 hours of a verified request, subject to identity verification checks and any active wagering requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply (currently Rs 500, subject to change).
• bt939 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal and may request additional documentation at any time.
• Withdrawals requested whilst a bonus is active and its associated wagering requirements remain incomplete may be declined or may result in the forfeiture of any bonus funds.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bt939 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or casino game at the time of placement. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by bt939, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where expressly permitted under specific market rules.
• bt939 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or where the outcome was known at the time of placement.

• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. bt939 may impose individual player bet limits at any time without prior notification.
• bt939 slot and live casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt939 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, server outages, or connectivity interruptions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Any decision made by bt939 to void, suspend, or settle a bet in accordance with these Terms.
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the availability of bt939 services in your jurisdiction.

bt939's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination for breach, all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited.
